Main Feature of Vizio P-Series Quantum X

Picture Quality

The Vizio P-Series Quantum X competes in image quality with the top performers despite its mid-range price. It has a colour spectrum that puts most other 4K TVs to shame, with almost 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 colour space and 90% coverage of Rec. 2020. It offers you 3000 nits of peak brightness. If you have much ambient light in your living room, its sheer brightness is a big plus; even in its regular ‘Bright’ picture settings, it has ample light output to avoid looking desaturated, and this is amplified if you use the ‘Vivid’ picture environment.

13ms Lag time

If you’re not interested in watching cable TV and mostly watch high-definition video or play games in 4K/HDR, the Quantum X is the perfect match for you. With support for all big HDR formats (Dolby Vision and HDR10+), as well as a 13ms lag time for 4K/60 play, this is easily one of the best TVs to combine with a PS5 or Xbox Series X now that the new firmware fix has been applied.

ProGaming Engine dynamically optimizes Xbox and Playstation games with a special suite of gaming features that include cleaner graphics, more responsive gaming, and improved 4K HDR image quality – with 4K 120Hz gaming support. Variable Refresh Rate syncs the console’s and TV’s refresh rates for stutter-free gameplay with the shortest input latency.

The Vizio P-Series Quantum X is a mixed bag in terms of design. However, it’s not exactly slim because of its full-array local dimming lighting, but it has a sleek and simple front bezel. The stand is made up of all-metal which stands on both sides of the screen. It makes it more stable, but there is one backlash that people with small entertainment furniture would find it problematic to fit.

SmartCast works for both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant smart speakers, so you can use your favourite AI to power your TV. It’s not something we use very much – and it’s no substitute for having a built-in agent – but it’s better than having no smart home integration at all.

HDMI ports

Two of the four HDMI ports on this television are full-bandwidth HDMI 2.1 with 48Gbps pass-through for 4K/120. It makes it one of the few televisions capable of keeping up with the Xbox Series X and PS5, but it did so with the aid of a new firmware upgrade.

  • Explosive 3000 nits brightness
  • Excellent local dimming system
  • Improved contrast and color
  • Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support
  • Integrates with Alexa and Google Assistant smart speakers
  • Poor upscaling and slight blooming
  • SmartCast can get hung up
  • Lacklustre sound quality

If you are interested in the gaming section, then this TV is definitely for you. We Hope this Vizio p series quantum x 85-inch review clears your mind and helps you choose your product more efficiently.
